さて、前回のつづきとなります！
秋月木工さんが、突然受けた韓国からの発注依頼。
メールはもちろん英語です。
しかも、海外輸出はいままで経験がないため、どのように進めればよいのかということも全く分からず、英語をしゃべることができるスタッフもいないなか、
「困ったなぁ…どうしようかなぁ…」という気持ちだったそうです。
そこで依頼を受けたバンドゥー！
やるべきことは、以前の職場で日常的にやっていたお仕事！
発注側（海外）からの依頼内容を読み取り、
受注側（日本）の返答をちゃんと伝える、ということです。
こうやって文字にすると「そんなの誰でもできるやん」と思われるかもしれませんし、
私も書いてみて、「シンプルやなぁ…」と再認識しましたが、
これ、単純ですけれど、神経を使う仕事です。
言葉遣いひとつ、単語の使い方ひとつで、受け取り方や解釈が変わって、
交渉がこじれる可能性もあるわけですよね。
これは英語や日本語、言語にかかわらず、コミュニケーションを行う上で、いつでもどこでも起こりうることです。
単純でシンプルなやりとりだからこそ、気を引き締める…
そういう気持ちで、1通1通のメールにも向き合うようにしています。
韓国側と秋月さんとの間で交わされた、第1回目となるオーダーから出荷までのやりとり（メール）は、
複雑なやりとりになることもなく、商品の完成から入金、出荷まで非常にスムーズにすることができました！
これは、私が仲介したからというよりも、韓国側、秋月さんともに、スピーディかつ真摯に向き合ったからということが一番の理由だと思います。

Akizuki Mokko received the order from Korean dealer, and of course, the order sent by email in English.
Akizuki had never experienced the export to any countries, did not know what to do, and there is no staff who can speak English.
Akizuki was confused and as I mentioned before, he was at a loss.
Then, one guy introduced me to him, and Akizuki asked me to do the support as a "middleperson" for Akizuki Mokko's first export!
The main thing I have to do is reading and understanding what ordering side request, at the same time, informing the answers from the seller side.
Wow, this is so simple and easy thing!
Maybe anybody can do that, you might think.
But this work requires to be nervous and sensitive.
As you might experienced, some negotiation can be go wrong with one word.
It does not matter what language you use, wherever or whenever you are.
Therefore, I focus my mind for each email I receive.
Anyways, emails exchanged between Akizuki and Korean dealer from the order to the shipping were just fine, and the deal went so smoothly!
The biggest reason was both Akizuki and Korean dealer face in each other sincerely and dealt speedy.
