こちら、徳島県鳴門市の隠れ家的リゾートホテル、
モアナコーストに併設されたレストラン『フィッシュボーン』のある日のランチ。
もう春の香りがしっかり感じられる、菜の花と海老のパスタでした。
素材の味を活かすため、やさしい味つけで、オイルの風味も絶妙にマッチ！
おいしくいただきました。
一緒に供された、前菜のカルパッチョも美味でしたよ。
ちなみにこちらのホテル、全室メゾネットタイプで、ジャグジー付き！
なんと5年前には、大人専用のはなれである『 Villa Bell Tramonto 』も新たに登場していて、
ここがまたラグジュアリーなんですってば！
シモンズのベッド…。
里山の風景を見ながらのジャグジー…。
みなさん、大切な記念日に宿泊されることも多いということにも納得。
私同じ徳島県内とはいえ、泊まりたい…。

I have been busy for some covering & interviewing for Setouchi Finder, and out for business trips, and don't have enough time to write my blog......, sorry.
Now, I would like to introduce my articles for Setouchi Finders for a few days from now.
One is the report for Moana Coast and its restaurant Fishbone.
The pasta of shrimps and rape blossoms makes me notice that spring is now on the corner.
Its simple taste highlight its flavors of seafood and vegetables, and the all dishes served here have all this concept.
All the hotel rooms are maisonette type, and each room has a jacuzzi!
What a luxurious!
Especially, Villa Bell Tramonto is more gorgeous.
Just look at some photos there!
Many people stay there for their anniversaries, and I agree with it.
The hotel locates just 30 minutes drive from my home, but I definitely wanna stay there for relaxing moment.
