Studio Bang-Do!（スタジオ・バンドゥー）は
「日本」と「世界」、
「人」と「人」をつなぐ
お手伝いをしています。
Studio Bang-Do!（スタジオ・バンドゥー）の仕事は、
言語をツールとして、“日本”と“世界”をつなぐこと、
ひいては、“人”と“人”をつなぐことです。
具体的に言えば、日本の中小企業をはじめ、
海外のデザイナーやメーカーの取引・交渉や
展示会などの英語コミュニケーションサポートを行うほか、
全国通訳案内士、香川せとうち地域通訳案内士の資格をもって、
ツアーのアテンドやガイドとして活動。
さらに英語・日本語問わず、ライターとして
各種媒体での記事執筆も手掛けています。
“スタジオ”とは、本来芸術家の仕事場を指します。
私は画家でも彫刻家でもデザイナーでもないので、
いわゆる“アーティスト”ではありませんが、
ライターとして、またツアーガイドとしてはもちろん、
通訳や翻訳を行ううえでも
「創造的（クリエイティブ）に考えたい」
という想いから、屋号に“Studio”を配しました。
通訳や翻訳を含む英語サポートを長年担当して分かったのは、
大切なのは“英語力”だけじゃない！
ということ。
十分な言語のスキルだけではなく、
国内外での豊富なビジネス経験を持ち、
高いコミュニケーション能力があってこそ、
日本と世界、人と人との“橋渡し”がしっかりできると
自負しています。
英語のスキル、経験値、知識と、自身の脳みそをフル活用させ、
“クリエイティブな思考”をもって、
単なる言語の翻訳・通訳以上の働きをし、
自分の役割を見極めながら、
私が築く“コミュニケーションのかけ橋”を渡る人たちへの
的確なアシストを担ってまいります。

Hi, I am Yuuki Bando, a representative of “Studio Bang-Do!” whose main task is connecting “between one and another” with high language skill.
Specifically, it means a communication support in English and Japanese for Japanese companies and brands, and also some foreign designers and makers.
I am also working as a writer and a professional guide interpreter with registration certificates of National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter and Kagawa Setouchi Local Government Licensed Guide Interpreter.
The original meaning of the word “studio” is a workplace for artists.
I am not a painter, sculptor, or designer, so I am not a so-called “artist.”
However, I always want to be creative, and think creative.
Therefore, I name my office with a word “studio.”
I have noticed that English/Japanese language skills are not enough – and that means a translator’s or interpreter’s support...
I am experienced in dealing with many companies inside/outside of Japan, and realize that a lot of knowledge of and experience in the import/export industry, good communication skills, and a high level of English is needed for the business.
